How do I connect my Google account?
Go to Settings → Connected Accounts and click "Connect Google." You can disconnect at any time from the same page.
How do I revoke Loyd's Google access?
From your Loyd dashboard under Settings → Connected Accounts, disconnect your Google account.
How do I delete my data?
Email support@loyd.ai with subject "Data Deletion Request." We process all requests within 30 days.
Is my email and calendar data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your Google data is never used for advertising or AI training.
What happens when I cancel my account?
Your data is deleted from active systems within 30 days. You can request an export before closing your account.
How do I report a security issue?
Email support@loyd.ai. We acknowledge all security reports within 24 hours.
